House of Reps member, Lovette Idisi who belongs to the main opposition party in Nigeria – Peoples Democratic Party has shown his commitment to agricultural development in Delta State by empowering constituents with farm necessities.
Lovette Ederin Isisi of Ethiope constituency in Delta State put smiles on the faces of some of his constituents as he shared cutlasses, insecticides and buckets among them to boost agricultural productivity.
The 45-year old was pictured smiling to the camera as he posed for pictures with his constituents during the presentation of empowerment materials.
The development has cracked the ribs of social media users across Nigeria.
It would be recalled that Senator Shehu Sani once empowered his constituents with transistor radios, Benue State government empowered indigenes with wheelbarrows, Anambra’s Governor Willie Obiano was accused of empowering people with water kegs while the Borno State governor toed a similar line of oddity with shoe polish and other kits.
